You have been blessed by sweet friends and most of them seem to have been born in the winter as you have celebrated 8 birthdays in the last 8 weeks!
It all started on December 15th when your (Jax) friend from school, Tucker, had a party at his house. This was a big deal as it was the first party ever where we've done the "drop and go" system. We took you to his house, exchanged contact info. with his parents, and then drove away. So strange! It's a new concept for you to have friends that we don't know -- but it was a success!
On December 29th we celebrated our favorite Dad with cake and presents at Grandpa and Grandma's house!
Another friend from your (Jax) school, Travis, had a party a few weeks later. His was at a trampoline park so Daddy went with you and stayed the whole time. Thanks to this, you're now claiming that this is where you want your next birthday party...
Just a week after that, you (Colt) and Daddy drove up to OK for Ms. Katie's 2nd birthday. Jax, you and I stayed here for your basketball game. Andy sent me this cute picture of you thoroughly enjoying Katie's cake:
The following week was Brody's big bash! It involved playing sports in a field so you had a blast, Jax. Word amongst friends is that Daddy got in on some games and had just as much fun!
A week later was Owen's (another friend from your school, Jax) party. Again, this one was at his house and we don't know him or his family. It felt a little less strange this time around.
That brings us to this weekend when we got to celebrate 2 friends in 1 day! First up was Grady's 7th birthday at Bass Pro Shop. Colt, you & Cole got to run and play upstairs...
Jax, you and Grady got to go on a scavenger hunt throughout the store,
Colt, you and I celebrated Drew's 3rd birthday later that afternoon. He had yummy cake and a super special guest at his party!
And it looks like the fun just keeps coming because we have 2 more birthday parties on our schedule!
